When you achieve your Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (“PGDBA”) Level 7 with LEB, you can continue your studies to obtain a MBA by completing the Master’s Stage with LEB through a collaborative arrangement with the University of Gloucestershire. It requires that you undertake research methods training followed by a dissertation delivered and supervised by LEB
The PGDBA which has been accredited with 120 credits only requires successful learners to undertake the 60 credit research methods training and dissertation with LEB

The Dissertation of the University of Gloucestershire MBA
The purpose of the dissertation is to allow the learner to carry out a self-managed piece of work that provides an in-depth investigation of an issue relevant to the field of management and business. The dissertation allows the learner to critically evaluate and synthesise relevant business related philosophies, theories and models, undertake a process of enquiry using primary and/or secondary data sources and critically relate these academic concepts to a relevant area of business management activity. The dissertation allows for an analytical study of academic topics within the context of practical business decision making and can thereby contribute to the body of knowledge in the domain of management and business. The reflective element of the dissertation will give the learner an opportunity to critically analyse and evaluate their learning journey.

The LEB Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and/or other postgraduate diploma taught in English and subject to UOG approval for entry
Mode of Delivery
This Master’s Stage MBA is a Fully Online programme and learners must use the on-line application process and pay the on-line fee to undertake the 60 credit Dissertation and research methods training
Notional Hours
The Master’s Stage with the University of Gloucestershire accrues 60 credits for Dissertation and equates to 600 notional hours in total (Scheduled Contact Hours: 10 and Independent Learning Hours: 590)
