This American Degree Programme is designed to provide a more in depth understanding and application of business administration to equip learners who are keen to take up employment in the business sector. Learners who successfully complete the American Degree Programme will be awards a London Examinations Board Level 5 Higher Diploma in Business Administration and General Studies.
Those who are keen to further their education can use the 90 transfer credits of the Level 5 diploma towards Westcliff University’s Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) degree. Therefore, learners only need to undertake a further 30 credits with Westcliff University which will usually take 2.5 semesters to complete, i.e. 40 weeks
Scholarships with Westcliff University
LEB graduates will receive a scholarship of 50% from the published Westcliff online fees if they enroll in the Westcliff online BBA; or 20% from the published Westcliff F1 International campus fees if they enroll in the Westcliff University BBA offered on ground. Westcliff will issue on the ground students with an I-20 to allow them to apply for an F1 student visa
The American Degree Programme Structure
The American Degree Programme has two phases. The first phase is the LEB level 5 Higher Diploma in Business Administration and General Studies. It accrues 310 UK credits or 93 US credits over 14 Mandatory Units and 10 Elective Units as set out in the table below.
